Privacy notice
Short version: we use what you send us to reply to you, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company if you give it, the topic you choose and your message. The server also records the IP address the message came from, which we use only to stop spam.
What we do with it
We read your message and reply to it. We don’t add you to a mailing list, sell your details or share them with anyone outside On It Service.
Where it is kept
Messages arrive in our business email. A copy of each form submission is stored on our web server, outside the public website, in case an email goes missing. We keep inquiry records for up to 24 months and then delete them.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@onitservice.com. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
