Extra hands for operations when a full-time hire doesn’t fit
Some work needs a person, just not a permanent one: a data-entry backlog, a manager on leave, a busy season, or a new process that needs someone to run it until it settles. We provide coordinators, administrators and project staff from our team who work in your systems and report to your managers.
What our people handle
- Administration
- Data entry, document control, scheduling, filing and the inbox nobody owns.
- Coordination
- Vendors, travel, meetings, approvals and the follow-ups that keep them moving.
- Records and libraries
- Organizing, tagging and cleaning document libraries, member records and shared drives.
- Project support
- Trackers, meeting notes, status reports and the admin side of a larger project.
How it works
Tell us the work, the hours and the systems. We match someone from our team, they start with a short handover from your manager, and they work in your tools under your rules. Most support is remote; on-site work can be arranged.
Because the same team supports Robert’s COO engagements, the people we place are used to working to an operating plan and a deadline.
Questions about staffing and administrative support
How quickly can someone start?
Usually within days for remote administrative work, once we understand the tasks and have access to your systems. Larger or on-site assignments take longer to arrange, and we tell you the date before you commit.
Do your staff work remotely or on site?
Most of our administrative and coordination work is remote. On-site support is possible for events, moves and peak periods, and we agree the schedule and travel costs in advance.
How do you handle our confidential data?
Everyone who works on your account signs a confidentiality agreement, uses their own login to your systems and follows your security rules. We never share passwords or move your data to our own tools without your written approval.
