Project management for the projects nobody has time to run
Every company has one: the system go-live, the warehouse move, the product launch or the integration that everyone agrees matters and nobody has time to run. We put a named project manager on it who keeps the plan, chases the dependencies and tells you every week where it stands.
Projects we take on
- ERP and software go-lives.
- Office, plant and warehouse moves.
- Product and service launches.
- Post-acquisition integration work.
- Website and member-portal rollouts.
- Conferences and multi-day events.
One page, every week
You get a one-page status every week with four parts: what got done, what’s next, what’s blocked, and which decisions we need from you. If a date is at risk, you hear it from us before you hear it from anyone else.
Done before
For CLOC we designed and rolled out a speaker portal, produced more than 180 speaker videos and managed the content for over 200 conference sessions.
Questions about project and program management
What is the difference between project and program management?
Project management runs one piece of work with a start, an end and a defined result, such as a system go-live. Program management coordinates several related projects toward a larger goal, such as integrating an acquired company, and manages the dependencies between them.
Do your project managers work in our tools?
Yes. We work in whatever you already use, whether that’s Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday, Jira or a shared spreadsheet. If you have nothing, we set up something simple that your team can keep using after the project ends.
Can you take over a project that is already late?
Yes, and it’s common. We start with a short reset: one honest plan, a list of open decisions and a new set of dates that the team believes. Then we run to that plan and report against it weekly.
